Signature Juices is a Saudi brand specializing in unique, handcrafted juice mixtures made from high-quality and sometimes unexpected fruit combinations. The brand focuses on:

Signature has grown from a local favorite into a multi-branch brand with 70+ locations across Saudi Arabia and an expansion into Bahrain, serving juices, coffee, and light food.

The Challenge

Despite strong offline popularity, Signature was competing in a very crowded F&B market and facing several issues:

1. Low public awareness outside existing customers

2. Low sales growth compared to the brand’s potential

3. Weak online presence – limited social performance and no effective website

4. Outdated branding and logo that didn’t reflect the brand’s energy

5. A mobile app with poor UX/UI, not aligned with user needs

6. Online reviews and conversation shaping the brand’s reputation without a clear, proactive narrative
